Contact
There is one way to reach Midilace, and it is email:
Messages sent to that address are forwarded to the personal inbox of the person who runs this site, so they reach a real person rather than a support queue. There is no contact form, no chat widget, and no ticketing system — partly because a form would mean collecting and storing what you type, which is exactly what the rest of this site avoids.
What to include
A short, specific message is easiest to act on. Useful details:
- A bug: what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Your browser name and version help.
- A file that converted badly: the format, roughly how long the recording is, and whether it was one instrument or a full mix. Please do not attach the audio — the problem is usually clear from a description, and it is better for your own privacy.
- A wrong or unclear sentence on this site: which page it is on, so it can be corrected.
What not to send
Please do not send recordings, personal documents, or anything confidential. Email is not a private channel, and there is no need for Midilace to hold your audio — the converter never receives it in the first place.
Replies
Midilace is a one-person project, so replies can take a few days. If a message needs no answer, it may not get one. There is no guaranteed response time and no support contract.
About the address
Midilace is a website name, not a person's name. The address above is the only official contact point for this site. Anything claiming to be Midilace support from a different address did not come from here.
